Premium Digital Tickets

You will receive your digital ticket, together with a guide on how to use the ticket, before the start of the 25/26 season. Please also note that, in compliance with the incoming rules set out by the Premier League requiring a digital ticketing system, the club will be removing physical season tickets from the start of the 25/26 season.

iPhone:   
    Open Settings and unhide expired passes in your Wallet. 
    Open the Apple Wallet app and tap ‘View Expired Passes’. 
    Select the relevant pass/ticket and select ‘Unhide’. 
    Return to the main Apple Wallet screen, where your pass/ticket should reappear. 
Android:   
    If your pass/ticket shows as ‘expired’, click ‘Show details’ to activate it. 
    Ensure 'tap and go' is enabled in your NFC settings.

Your digital season ticket(s) will be sent to the email registered to your Premium Membership.
Open the email and scroll down to the bottom where you will see two buttons: Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Please click the relevant button to your smartphone and follow the on-screen instructions.

As long as your digital ticket is already downloaded and saved in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet app, you will not require WiFi or phone signal to enter the stadium. While Hill Dickinson Stadium will offer WiFi and a boosted mobile network, we recommend you download your digital ticket to your wallet before arriving at the stadium to reduce your chance of delayed entry. 

As a premium member you are able to transfer your ticket to any guest of your choice. For information on how to transfer your ticket, please see our helpful how-to-guides. 

You can invite guests and transfer the digital match ticket through your Premium Membership portal. For information on how to invite guests and transfer your ticket please see our helpful how-to-guides. Please note that once a guest has accepted an invitation you will also need to transfer the digital match ticket.

Your premium ticket can be transferred digitally to anyone, and your guest does not have to be an official member.

Yes, if you are bringing the same guest to every fixture, you can share the link to download their digital season pass directly, and you do not have to transfer individual match tickets for each fixture.

There is currently no resale platform for premium members, however premium members have the option of transferring tickets to friends, family or any guest of their choice  if they cannot attend a fixture.

Premium Experiences - Matchday

Premium Spaces will be open 3 hours before kick-off and remain open for 1 hour after the final whistle. Match-specific opening times will be dependent on kick off time and will be shared ahead of fixture.

Premium spaces are open for 60 minutes after the final whistle.
Arrival instructions for your specific premium space will be shared ahead of the fixture. And entry information will be displayed on your digital ticket(s).
Premium areas in Hill Dickinson Stadium operate a smart casual dress code and club team shirts are permitted. No fancy dress, no away team colours
If you have purchased a matchday package your confirmation will include information about your Premium location and package content.
To see what is included in your seasonal Premium Membership please go to ‘My Seasonal Membership’ where you will find an overview of your membership package contents and benefits.

You can bring a bag with you on matchday, however the size of bags allowed into the stadium will be limited for safety reasons (no larger than A4 size). 

Members and guests are not permitted to gain re-admittance under any circumstances should they leave the Stadium.

Hill Dickinson Stadium is located to the north of the city centre and is conveniently served by all forms of public transport.
